Our Mission & Philosophy
Our team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants at Maryland Pain Specialists has advanced training and over fifty years combined experience in the specialty of pain management. We provide expert care for patients suffering with back, neck, and nerve pain in the extremities as well as painful joint conditions.
Our philosophy is guided by evidence-based, outcome-oriented research. We understand that chronic pain can impact all aspects of physical and psychological well-being and we focus on the most effective, multi-dimensional treatment options. We provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized, scientifically-based therapies for all of our patients.

- We are all Johns Hopkins fellowship- trained. We are board-certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Pain Medicine. We have all published scientific articles and book chapters in our field.

We are affiliated with St. Joseph Medical Center and Greater Baltimore Medical Center, both in Towson, Maryland. All our physicians have adjunct faculty appointments with Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
